		<description>Enjoy the cheesypoofs and good luck in your new job.  I wouldn&#039;t hold out much hope for things to magically be &quot;better&quot; though --  it&#039;s still work.  Some think &quot;the grass is greener on the other side of the fence&quot; but I think a more realistic idea is &quot;the grass is greener where you water it&quot;.</description>
